I know you will.

You always do your best, Rin.

That is why I'm certain your father is proud of you, as much as I am.

Well, I believe I have taken up enough of your time. So if I may say it one more time: Stay safe until you come home.

[ He doesn't feel like this is easing his guilt at all. Kei doesn't quite understand the reason why he feels that way. He's doing what he has always intended to do with the girls. With Sakura, he is attempting to build her into someone made of stone and steel -- the strength that the princess desires, can be obtained. With Rin, he is attempting to fill her with softness and gentleness -- the weakness that she has never allowed herself to feel.

Through this, he believes their happiness can be obtained. Because they can escape what they believe is their only routes and find something for themselves. Yes, that is what he has decided, but he has always stopped himself -- Tohsaka-senpai would not approve if he realized what he was doing. If he could tell their father what he was doing, there would be an ensuing conversation would allow him a perspective that he could not take due to his lack of empathy and inability to completely sympathize with others. Kei may lack both of those things, but his morals would realize just what he was doing and stop.

But without being able to talk to him... isn't what he doing "good?" Won't it be "good" in the end? Yes, he believes that it will. Yet he has a foreboding feeling, as well. ]
